Our purpose

MR GLAD SERVICES exists to build practical technology and digital solutions that businesses can use in their day-to-day work. Rather than running everything under one name, the firm organises its work into specialised brands, so that each customer deals with a brand focused on what they need.

Technology and digital services focus

Our work covers three areas:

• Software and technology — software products, source code and custom development, offered through UPLYNE.
• Digital services — a B2B platform for retailers and local service providers, operated as Glad Seva.
• Business software — Glad Workspace, an integrated business management platform that is currently under development.

How the brands are organised

UPLYNE, Glad Seva and Glad Workspace each have their own name, website and customers. They are business brands of MR GLAD SERVICES, not separately registered companies, subsidiaries or independent legal entities. When you deal with any of these brands, you are dealing with MR GLAD SERVICES.

Each brand publishes its own product details and, where relevant, its own terms, licences and refund conditions. Those brand-specific terms apply to purchases made from that brand.
